OOPSS~!! I'm sorry..

I know i have not updated my blog for a llloooonnngggg time... Truth is, the reason I did this blog was for academic purpose but since i have one now, I will try my very best to update...

Entering the new semester, my final semester in UiTM, is quite intriguing yet tiring.. So many things need to be done.. Serious mode *ON*... HaHA...

My day today started of badly.. Woke up at the wrong side of the bed, fight with M.A, basically things did not go my way.. *Tantrum*

However, at lunch, things turn a new leaf when I got to know i was shortlisted for an interview to do my internship abroad!! YEEEHAA!!... Am so proud, so i called almost all my kampung people.. My dad was most supportive! Love you Abah~!

Secondly, I was uber happy when i went to buy nasi for lunch.. I saw my favorite oily and fatty Begedil (am not sure of the spelling)...Nyummilicious!!

Since then onwards, I see sun shines through me the whole day... Actually YES! Its SUPER HOT these past 2days... Im getting darker day by day :( .. Well, can't complain much though!

Till then.. will try my best to update often!

***Nervous for tommorow! Wish me luck!

The Weekend

Ok. Last Friday I went to the Masscom Masquarade Dinner at Dataran Tengku Fauziah at UiTM, Shah Alam. The event was so-so. Maybe if there were more people it would be a success. Except one thing for sure, the food suckx! Sorry people. However, no complain and cheerios to those who made it happen.

After the party, Ilya and I went to Changkat. Yes! Just the two of us. We went to Werner's to have a drink ;) We wanted to actually go for a dance but then by the time we got the guts to actually go up, it was already almost 1.30 a.m. and it'll be weird if its just me and her. Although we know for sure we wont be going back just the two of us (haha) Perasan! Yess, I know! So what! It is after all my blog pun kan...but a girl gotta do what a girl gotta do la kan!~ ;P

AND then, while Ilya and I was on the way to the car I was blocked by a drunken mat salleh or maybe an Arab guy. BUT, the stupidest part about it is he is SSSOOO drunk to ask the stupidest pick up line ever! "Where did you bought your dress from?!" I was like, what the hell...Ofcourse not towards him la kan.. I wont be so daring. Instead I walked out of the way towards Ilya and said "What, are you gay?!"... O EMM GEE! Weird kan?~

Experiencia espléndida por el viaje a Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.

My lazy-ness has yet again strike upon me... Am too lazy to do my assignments... Still drooling over my words-cant-describe-how-awesomenest trip to the Land Below the Wind -Sabah bah...My 6days 5nights stay was more than awesome and the superb hospitality i get from those who took care of me very well indeed there...Thank YOu MUch LOVE!

Firstly, what my experience have taught me about KK is that their people are super friendly... When I say friendly, I mean REALLLYY friendly..Needless for me to say more..I was kissed by a stranger, followed from KLIA to KKIA, mistaken for a Brazillian, treated like a tourist, stared like an exotic person and despite all that, I LOVE LOVE LOVE my trip!! In addition to that, I was accompanied by Mina -a Korean chicka, throughout my stay in KK.

I didn't do anything much on my first day to Sabah since I arrived at 10.30p.m. Gosh! I was so thankful once the plane had landed safely... Cant say it was a smooth landing since according to M.A, KK's runway is not in a very good condition and is very near to the parking (plane ofcouse)...No!! Not the hangar...I forgot whats the word...That explains the abrupt break and turning when we landed.....

They say you cant hate thing the most 'cause that is what you are going to get... well, suck on it and believe me because it is true... I despise..YES! DESPISE flying but love traveling...I hate turbulence, vomiting, feeling obnoxious, airsick and claustrophobic...However, mi novio es un piloto (not that i complain but somehow rather thankful)...Nevertheless, I am proud of what il mio ragazzo has achieved so far and how despite all God's giving él remains humble as él always has been....

ANYWAY, I've done basically everything that needs to be done in KK...I ate seafood, I drank its coffee, I went to the beach, I watched sunset, I experienced the night life, I went hiking, I went to the hot spring, I went to the waterfall, I went to Mount Kinabalu, I drank its famous Yoyo drink (KL might associate is as pearl tea) and i picked up a few of the KK slang...BUT I have saved some activities for my next visit there...Looking forward to it...*Hint *Hint dearest M.A :D

Despite all that, Ive also learned some Korean language and ate Korean food cooked by a Korean chicka, Mina Choi...Her cooking was tastyliciouss!!! Better than at the Korean restaurant in Melaka and also at the restaurant where we ate the evening after we got back from Mount Kinabalu...Alhamdulillah, I have been fed well while my stay there in KK...Thank you yet again LOVEs!

Contently In Love

"When we're incomplete, we're always searching for somebody to complete us. When, after a few years or a few months of a relationship, we find that we're still unfulfilled, we blame our partners and take up with somebody more promising. This can go on and on -series polygamy -until we admit that while a partner can add sweet dimensions to our lives, we, each of us, are responsible for our own fulfillment. Nobody else can provide it for us, and to believe otherwise is to delude ourselves dangerously and to program for eventual failure relationship we enter."

-Tom Robbins

This in fact is so right! I admit to sometimes feeling that i depend on somebody else for my own happiness and fulfillment but the fact is that I am a creation of my own. I wont be happy or project my self content to others if deep down inside me I can't make my self see all God's giving.

I have been blessed to have a very wonderful family despite our regular fights and misunderstandings. My siblings and I have been brought up into what were once a wealthy family. However, during the economy downturn in the year 1998, my family faced financial crisis. Consequently, it affects all of us -the family members.

Nevertheless, I am thankful and fully blessed that we have managed to overcome the obstruction. Unlike others, divorce is the answer to most financial problems. Therefore I am till now, have the highest gratitude to Allah s.w.t in guiding us all in our journey.

Furthermore, along the way, life has taught me many things. Among them are those you can call friends in need and in deed. My mom always warn me through her own experience that friends won't be there forever. I however feel otherwise. I carefully choose who i want to be friend with and Alhamdulillah most of whom I call friends have always been there for me. For that, I am truly blessed.

AssignmentsSS = Eat A LOT!

Yeay!! Most of my assignments are 89.9% completed...weehee~~
Ive just finished my feature writing for online journalism but have yet to upload it here because i am yet to find appropriate supporting material for my essay...And after much procrastination, I have also completed my comments on the Addiction to Cheap Labour...2 done, 9 more assignments to go!! woah!!

Again, i am on a mission to complete my assignments so that i can enjoy my time at Sabah..Negeri di Bawah Bayu...Am looking forward to endless fun while my stay there...hee hee~~It would mean sleepless nights, darker eye bags, zombie looks and tiredness till my trip to Sabah..

Yes, we are now on a semester break...my effort to actually go on diet for my trip to Sabah is a failure...Mama made her superlicious lamb stew...God, i ate a lot!! I feel so bloated now!!..She even make Tiramisu cake for dessert and butter cake for tea...mak ai...mana tak nya Abah gain weight after marrying Mama...Her cooking is effing awesome!!

Thus, i am relying for the 2weeks after semester break, and before my trip to Sabah, that i am able to refrain myself from eating like a hyena! Why?? For me to know and for you to figure out~~

So long..till then... xoxo

Motivational Funny Sayings

As i was web hoping to read on interesting quotations to post some here, i came across some that are amusingly funny. So, here are some interesting ones;

"I think we consider too much the good luck of the early bird and not enough the bad luck of the early worm."
-Theodore Roosevelt

"If at first you don't succeed, destroy all evidence that you tried."
-Susan Ohanian

"If you wish to make a man your enemy, tell him simply, "You are wrong." This method works every time."
-Henry Link

"If you're headed in the wrong direction, God allows U-turns."
-Unknown

"Women will never be as successful as men because they have no wives to advise them."
-Dick Van Dyke

"You have to stay in shape. My grandmother, she started walking five miles a day when she was 60. She's 97 today and we don't know where the hell she is."
-Ellen Degeneres

Anniversaries

There was this girl who fell head over heels with a guy. They met. They went out. They date. They fought. They broke up. They end the relationship.

Nevertheless, in her heart there will always be him. Be it she's with another guy. People always say that you can never forget your first love. I guess this would be her first true love. As far as i am concerned this is surely not the first guy she dated.

Monthly, without fail, she would wish him their anniversary. She would confess all her heart felt feelings to the guy she knows she can never have. She pray day and night to be fondled by him. He ignored.

Yearly, she would wish all their anniversaries they've celebrated. 1st meet anniversary. 1st date anniversary. And their official anniversary date. She would reminisce the moments they spend together as lovers. Yet again, he ignored.

People may say that she should just move on like he did. Forget the past and live in the present. Accept the fact that he is no longer hers. But she could not do that. She does not want to give up hope.

Came about 15 November every year, she would confess to him how much she misses him. How much she misses his touch, his voice, his whisper, his jokes and all that is about him. How it felt just like yesterday he was gone even though it had been 9years. How much she longed to be beside him and hold him. To feel his presence. Every year today, she would cry herself to sleep.

Thursday, 15 November 2001, was the day she had lost him forever. She now knows that all her hopes and dreams to be eternally with him are shattered. Because 6 years ago, she had to officially say the last goodbye. It was, on this day, is the anniversary of his death.

22 Cumpleaños Feliz a Mí

As you all might have guessed.. I am officially 22 years old as of 27. January. 2010 @ 9.39p.m. Weehee~~!! Thank to all of you who wished me on my birthday or those who missed it by a day or two..

Wednesday was the awesomenest day n evening ever... M.A brought me to dinner at NeroVivo in Changkat. Then we went driving around KL city and lastly had our late night supper at Solaris..It was his first time ever to have planned everything...Ouwh yah! The eve of my birthday M.A came and send a bouquet of roses..The very next day, Mama enthusiastically called and asked what did M.A gave me for my bday..Haha...

The food at the Italian restaurant was so delicioso. In fact i ate quite A LOT that night. We however, had difficulty in ordering because it's menu is like reading a text book and the waiters could not converse well in English. But overall, my birthday celebration that night was awesome!

Just thought that i want to share this...

this is another what you would say 'words of wisdom' by yet another unknown resource.

When things go wrong as they sometimes will, When the road you're trudging seems all up hill, When the funds are low and the debts are high, And you want to smile, but you have to sigh, When care is pressing you down a bit, Rest if you must, but don't you quit. Life is queer with its twists and turns, As every one of us sometimes learns, And many a failure turns about, When he might have won had he stuck it out. Don't give up though the pace seems slow--You may succeed with another blow, Success is failure turned inside out--The silver tint of the clouds of doubt, And you never can tell how close you are, It may be near when it seems so far; So stick to the fight when you're hardest hit--It's when things seem worst that you must not quit.

Keep Believing

Sometimes things aren't the way
you hoped they would be...
That's when you have
to tell yourself that things will get better.
It may not be easy,
but take each step
forward as a challenge.
Learn from your difficult times.
Grow in courage
and in strength.
Keep Believing in yourself.
Stay focus on all you want your life to be.
Challenges are part of
life's journey that will only
bring you closer to
what you dream to be.
